3、熟悉盲孔、大(da)倒邊處理(li)及(ji)不良分(fēn)析改善(shan)，了(le)解CNC加(jia)工(gong)設(shè)備(bei)結構咊(he)原理(li)。
1、CNC段客戶(hu)新(xin)項(xiang)目(mu)圖紙評估，新(xin)産(chan)品(pin)工(gong)藝及(ji)難點分(fēn)析，DOE方(fang)案驗(yàn)證；
2、新(xin)産(chan)品(pin)加(jia)工(gong)所需刀(dāo)具(ju)、砂(sha)輪棒、夾治具(ju)設(shè)計(ji)與程(cheng)序製(zhi)作(zuò)，首件确認；
3、打樣咊(he)量産(chan)後(hou)製(zhi)程(cheng)良率提升及(ji)不良分(fēn)析改善(shan)優(you)化，精(jīng)雕設(shè)備(bei)維(wei)護。
